This Privacy Policy describes how FYRE Rider ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you use the FYRE Rider mobile application and related services. By registering for and using the app, you consent to the data practices described in this policy.
We collect the following types of information to provide and improve our services: • Personal Information: Full name, phone number, email address, city, and zone. • Identity Documents: Driving License (DL) and Registration Certificate (RC) documents for verification. • Financial Information: UPI ID, bank account number, IFSC code, and bank name for processing earnings payouts. • Location Data: Real-time GPS coordinates during active shifts for route tracking and safety. • Photographic Data: Login/logout photos, battery swap photos, task proof photos, and profile photos. • Device Information: Device ID, battery status, and box/battery hardware identifiers. • Usage Data: App interaction logs, shift start/end times, kilometres travelled, and earnings data.
We use your information for the following purposes: • To verify your identity and approve your rider account. • To track active shifts, route history, and performance metrics. • To calculate earnings, process wallet balances, and facilitate withdrawals. • To assign tasks, track proof submissions, and manage fleet operations. • To provide support and resolve tickets you submit. • To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or misuse. • To improve app functionality, safety, and user experience.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information with: • Internal administrative teams for fleet management and support. • Google Sheets (via authorised integration) for synchronising rider, ticket, and withdrawal data for operational record-keeping. • Service providers who assist with hosting, analytics, and infrastructure, under appropriate data protection agreements. • Law enforcement or government authorities when legally required to do so. We use Google Sign-In for authentication. When you sign in with Google, we access your basic profile information (name, email) as permitted by Google. You can review and revoke this access at any time from your Google Account settings.
Your data is stored securely on cloud infrastructure with access controls and encryption in transit. We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide our services. Shift records, earnings history, and compliance documents are retained for the duration required by applicable laws and business needs. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the Delete Account page, and we will process such requests within 30 days.
You have the following rights regarding your personal data: • Access: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. • Correction: You can update your profile information within the app at any time. • Deletion: You can request account deletion via the Delete Account page. • Withdraw Consent: You can revoke Google authentication access from your Google Account settings. • Opt-out: You can disable notifications from the app settings. The FYRE Rider app is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have collected data from a person under 18, please contact us so we can promptly delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via your registered email. The updated policy takes effect upon publication in the app.
